About
Kari Thevenot started Your Left Hand in 2008 as a way to provide administrative support solutions to fellow business owners. Armed with over 15 years of administrative support experience, Kari is able to provide a broad range of services to those in need of a better way of doing things.
Most of Kari’s experience was acquired by working in the employee education department at a large healthcare system in Springfield, Illinois. During that time, she performed some of the following functions: establishing and maintaining electronic filing systems; summarizing surveys and evaluations; instructing various courses; course design; conference support, including correspondence with registrants; class, meeting, and appointment scheduling – these are just a few!
In addition to administrative support, Kari is also an American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) Instructor. Since 2003, Kari has taught hundreds of courses, leading well over 1,000 Central Illinois residents to know the lifesaving skills of CPR and First Aid. Courses are offered a few times each month and are held at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, Illinois. Click on “CPR Training” in the menu above to find out when classes will be offered.
Kari is currently completing her Bachelors in Communication degree at the University of Illinois Springfield.
